We provide the right solution. All major IT related changes are reviewed by our multi-step process before implementation:
- Our primary site contact identifies the need and reviews the changes with their IT Manager.
- At the discretion of the IT Manager, some or all of the changes are reviewed by the Infracore Technology Council to ensure best practices and industry standards are followed.
- The final plan is presented to the Client for approval. We typically offer a good-better-best roadmap to allow for flexibility related to costs and timelines.
We provide the coverage you need. We ensure you have direct access to a technical contact who is intimately familiar with your environment.
Documentation. We are detailed-oriented and take pride in maintaining excellent documentation. We do not keep you hostage by keeping information from you.
You go with what you know. Most internal groups have not been exposed to the latest technologies or solutions, nor do they have the time or budget to learn them. We do. We keep a sharp eye on ways to reduce costs and increase productivity.
Agnostic. We have made a business decision not to sell any hardware or software to our clients. This allows us to eliminate any biases toward a particular product or vendor. We have many time-tested partners in all areas of IT that we can leverage if there are no existing or reliable vendor relationships.
Monitoring. We take network and systems monitoring to a whole new level. If something is awry with one of our client environments, we usually know about it and fix it before it becomes an issue.
Backups. We work with our clients to develop a comprehensive backup strategy that fits their budget and business needs. We leverage all the market-leading solutions, from the traditional tape-based systems to disk-based solutions and cloud storage. In fact, we routinely perform restores for all of our clients to ensure the integrity and validity of the data being backed up.
Reports. We have sophisticated reporting capabilities for updating our clients on the status of open tickets and to provide progress reports for bigger projects.
Policies and procedures. If you don't already have them, we can help you put together your organizations IT policies and procedures. We have developed many over the years and we can tailor the right policies and procedures for your environment.
Predictable costs. We work closely with our clients to setup a predictable pricing model to eliminate surprises at the end of the month. All of our service agreements are tailored individually to fit the needs of each client.
Long-term relationship. We genuinely look out for the best interest of our clients and often make contributions in areas outside of IT.
