Q: Who is Infracore?

Infracore is an IT Services firm committed to providing innovative technology solutions and services. Our goal is to assist clients, regardless of industry or size, in addressing specific business challenges and recommending IT solutions that improve performance, security and business processes.

Q: How does Infracore work?

The Infracore service suite ranges from implementing core network/infrastructure solutions for complex business needs, to partial or complete outsourcing of a client’s IT department, to providing HelpDesk support at the end-user level.

We assign primary and secondary engineers to each client environment in order to provide the highest level of support for our clients' day-to-day IT needs. We're big believers in redundancy for all levels of support – from hardware implementations to personnel.

Q: Do you sell hardware or software?

We do not. In order to provide the most unbiased and customer-centric IT solutions, we’ve decided not to sell anything other than our services. This allows us to focus on providing the best solutions for our clients’ needs. However, we regularly make recommendations and even place orders for our clients.

Q: What computing platforms do you support?

From the full line of Microsoft solutions to all versions of Linux and Unix, we strongly believe that most IT failures are a direct result of poor implementation and not poor products. Please visit our Services page for a more complete list of products we support.

Q: Do you support and service the Mac platform?

We sure do.

Q: How much can I expect to pay for your services?

Our fees depend on the level and type of services we provide. Our client environments range from a single server supporting an office of three employees, to hundreds of desktops and servers supporting a large multitude of employees. We provide affordable solutions, the highest level of service and strive for long-term relationships with our clients.

Q: Do you provide any application/Web development services?

We do not. However, we do have excellent partners in this area that we can pass along.

Q: Is my company too small or too large?

The short answer is no. IT needs vary based on your existing support structure. If there is no one taking good care of your technology needs or your IT staff is overwhelmed, we can help.

IT services come down to efficiency, dependability and quality – what we call “do it right the first time”. Most companies need expertise in a wide range of technology areas and this is where our team approach to solving technology challenges provideds the greatest value.
